Usage Rates
The per-minute and AI rates are the same for all call center plans and direct numbers. We first deduct usage from your included monthly balance. Once it's used up, out-of-subscription rates apply.

How Billing Works
- 1Each call center has a monthly subscription (Starter / Growth / Pro / Enterprise).
- 2This subscription includes a usage credit (for example $20, $50, $100 or $200).
- 3All usage โ minutes, recording, transcription and AI โ is first deducted from this credit.
- 4After the credit is fully used, additional usage is billed at the out-of-subscription rates.
- 5The number of agents and queues is unlimited and does not affect the price โ you only pay for actual usage.
